New Head of Global Sales FIT
Frank Wöller has been appointed as Head of Global Sales FIT at Kuoni Destination Management. He will assume his new responsibilities as of 1 September 2009 and will work for the unit specialised in online distribution, Kuoni Connect.
Frank Wöller, 43, will join Kuoni Destination Management in Zurich on 1 September 2009 as Head of Global Sales FIT. He graduated from the University of Lüneburg, Germany, with a Master of Business Administration. The German national began his professional career in 1996 as Marketing Manager for a transportation company. Since then, he has held various positions within the travel industry, latterly as Head of Incoming for TUI Suisse Ltd.
In this newly created function as Head of Global Sales FIT, Frank Wöller will be working for the Kuoni Destination Management unit specialised in online distribution, Kuoni Connect. His main responsibilities will include further developing existing business and exploring new streams of revenue in the area of non-flight related tourist services for individual travel. He will develop the sales strategy and action plans for global markets in co-operation with his area sales managers as well as the central fulfilment and product management departments. Frank Wöller will manage several sales teams around the globe and will report directly to Ivan Walter, Vice President Kuoni Connect.
